Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' work experience in US/UK banking operations and training in a call center or shared services environment.
• Relevant financial account experience should include mortgage, auto/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related areas.
• Basic understanding of training methodologies applied on virtual and F2F instructor-led classes
• Excellent communication & feedback/coaching Skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and classroom training on US/UK banking operations.
• Facilitate training on loan origination, motor/auto financing, mortgage, collections, fraud, and underwriting.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Partner with Operations and Quality to improve training effectiveness.
• Track learner progress and training completion.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and upskilling initiatives.
