BANQUET WAITER

Job Summary

The Banquet Waiter is responsible for providing professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests during catering functions, banquets, and special events. The role involves handling multiple tables while ensuring excellent guest experience and smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests during banquets, catering functions, and special events.
• Handle and attend to multiple tables efficiently and professionally.
• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, tableware, and other banquet requirements.
• Take care of guest requests and provide courteous, attentive service.
• Clear and reset tables throughout and after the event.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dining and banquet area.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the Banquet Supervisor and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; preferably with education or training related to Hospitality, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• With previous customer service experience; banquet, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
• With a pleasing personality and positive attitude.
• Minimum height of 5'5".
• No visible tattoos.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and attentive to guest needs.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
