Description
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and filling holes.
- Mix and match paint to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Apply paint, ducco, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Knows how to mix paints and retouching works
- Inspect job sites to assess the work that needs to be done and determine materials required.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:3-5 years of relevant painting experience
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in prefabricated construction techniques
- Skills and Competencies:Experience in commercial building projects
- Qualities and Traits:Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Working Conditions:Ability to work at heights and in varying environments
