- Supervise quality/ environment system audits
- Responsible for analyzing, defining and improving operating procedures and company processes
- Ensure all in-house systems and procedure are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
- Prepare management review meetings of the quality system
- Implement best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance
- Assist the QMR in assuring that the quality management systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 & EMS 14001 is established, documented and maintained
- Assist in the performance of QEMS to top management review as a basis for systems improvement
- Propose preventive measure and implements improvement programs
- Represent the company regarding all matters of quality & environment management system
- Develop, implement, and manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
