We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of the Club's buildings, grounds, and physical assets. This role requires expertise in carpentry works, preventive maintenance, and ensuring a safe and fully operational environment for members, guests, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance works on Club facilities and structures.
• Conduct drywall repairs, ceiling grid repairs, and commercial door lock/hardware installations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and renovation projects.
• Assist with minor masonry, plastering, painting, and other civil works as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair concerns.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and Club policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Must possess a valid TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Carpentry.
• TESDA NC III is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance, building repairs, or hotel/resort maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, woodworking, drywall repair, ceiling systems, and door hardware installation.
• Ability to perform minor masonry, plastering, and painting works.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous when interacting with members, guests, and colleagues.
