- Conduct regular inspections of grounds and perform necessary repairs.
- Operate various landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the planting, pruning, and fertilization of flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and good physical stamina
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior team members
