Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying sales opportunities, engaging with clients, and assisting in closing deals. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that align with Exquis’ products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and client visits.
• Assist in promoting the company's products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and submitted quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and marketing activities as assigned.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for client visits when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products, engineering services, or the construction industry is an advantage.
• Experience in preparing quotations, reports, or sales documentation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
• Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to develop a career in sales.

Work Setup

·      Full-time position.

·      Field-based with regular office reporting.

·      Requires frequent client visits, meetings, and occasional site inspections.

·      May be required to travel within and outside Metro Manila as business needs require.
