簡介

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential customers through market research and outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to present to management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and agreements.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the [industry, e.g., retail, FMCG, tech] sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
