Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed targeted sales objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base within the recruitment industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with JS Global HR Services Corp.’s diverse clientele.
Monitor competition, market trends, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Provide coaching and training to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience Level: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales; experience as a sales manager preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in goal orientation and strategic planning, excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept in time management and organization.
Responsibilities and Duties: Leading and motivating a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, developing sales strategies and setting goals, analyzing data and market trends, and establishing strong relationships with clients.
Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel required; must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Qualities and Traits: High motivation, resilience, passion for sales, leadership qualities, and the capacity to inspire others.
