Property Management Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Facility Management Engineer to handle the planning, design, renovation, and upkeep of our facilities. This role ensures that our building systems run efficiently, safely, and comply with regulations. It requires strong project management skills, technical know-how, and the ability to work with both internal teams and external contractors.

• Inspect units and prepare detailed reports for maintenance and improvement projects.
• Oversee building maintenance, renovations, and improvements to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and analyze technical data for projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal and government regulations.
• Develop specifications, plans, and reports for renovations and projects.
• Implement quality control measures throughout projects and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate workers' schedules for efficient project execution and facility operations.
• Communicate effectively with Condominium PMO and Engineering Department.

• Licensed Civil Engineer with property or facility management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building regulations and permits required.
• Strong writing and communication skills needed.
