Creates master production schedule with considerations on maintaining targeted inventory levels
Ensures consistent planning information to production and related sections
Maintains a valid capacity requirement plan that supports the master production schedule
Negotiates and communicates with LEI China counterparts for production plan optimization and realization
Liases with production, purchasing, engineering and delivery teams to achieve on time delivery
Helps identify and manage capacity issues with production team and coordinate for the resolution of the issue
Calls and leads master production schedule meetings
Provides guidance and expertise to develop the BU’s knowledge and information relative to production plan optimization
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi and annual reports and KPIs
Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior/ manager

Must be a college graduate or at least 2 years in college of any course
Must be computer literate
With analytical ability, foresight and a working knowledge of production process flow
