簡介

Analyze and document the product development process and progress
Conducts training, product knowledge, and technical aspects to clients as well as resolving technical issues
Assist in installation and machine demonstrations
Making helpful recommendations and suggestions
Maintains documentation and filings of all product-related reports, details, and client profile
Address client concerns and issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction
Provide product feedback, customer suggestions, or recommendations to the Senior Service Engineer

職位要求

Bachelor's degree in any Medical related course
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
Knowledgable in hematology machines, CLIA, or any chemistry machines
Experience in laboratory devices, equipment, or products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willing to work both in office and field set-up
