簡介

The PPC/Paid Media Manager is responsible for the strategy, setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search methodologies and demonstrate an analytical mindset to drive results while maximizing the return on advertising spend.


Responsibilities


Strategy Development

  • Create and execute effective PPC strategies for the company, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing objectives.
  • Work with marketing teams to design PPC strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords

Campaign Management

  • Constantly analyse and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
  • Build, manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Performance & Analysis

  • Develop custom reports to analyse campaign performance.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Forecast budgetary needs and provide recommendations for budget allocation.
  • Regularly conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to continually improve performance.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to produce ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure keyword consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create effective ad copies, banner designs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to integrate PPC data into overall marketing dashboards.

Budget Management

  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Keep abreast of PPC and digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Continuously learn through courses, certifications, and self-study.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience working in Digital Advertising and PPC.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Extensive experience with the following:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Shopping Ads
  • Display Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • AdWords
  • Extensive experience with ad management tools and platforms and data analysis tools
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Facebook for Business
  • Email marketing
  • Expert in B2B Advertising in Western markets.
  • Proven track record for achieving measurable results in terms of increased traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital advertising efforts.
  • Beneficial Experience in the following:
  • HubSpot
  • API Integrations
