Inpatient Medical Coder_Taguig_TWFH/Onsite_up to 90k

We are hiring for Inpatient Medical Coder, Blended (Voice & Non-Voice Support) in BGC, Taguig city.

This is both an onsite/Temporary work from home following a flexible mid shift.

Salary is up to 90k with package, depending on experience (open for negotiation).

Requirements:

• Must have PHRN/Medical Allied
• Must have CCS,CIC
• At least 1 year Inpatient medical coding experience in clinical/BPO/CPO set-up.
• Willing to work on flexible shifting work schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze patient records
• Determine correct codes for patient records using ICD and CPT systems
• Ensure codes are accurate for reimbursement from insurance companies and government agencies
• Work with physicians and healthcare team to clarify any data inconsistencies or discrepancies
• Check charts for completeness and accuracy
• Stay current with coding guidelines and reimbursement reporting requirements
• Provide quality assurance and routinely audit records
• Resolve any patient complaints regarding coding
