Outpatient Coder_QA Specialist_Taguig_TWFH_up to 85k

We are hiring for Outpatient Coder- QA Specialist, Non-Voice Support in BGC, Taguig city.

This is a Temporary work from home following a flexible shifting schedule if the business asks to. (weekends, night shifts & holidays).

Salary is up to 85k with package.

Requirements:

• Must have a PRN/Medical Allied license.
• Must have a CCS/CPC/CIC Certification (Inpatient) and/or COC for outpatient.
• At least 1 year recent and pertinent clinical/hospital experience/or a similar experience.
• At least 3 years experience of OP coding experience. Preferably, Inpatient Audit/QA experience.
• Willing to work on flexible shifting work schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze patient medical records to assign ICD-10-CM and CPT codes accurately.
• Ensure all codes are current and active.
• Report missing or incomplete documentation.
• Meet daily coding production.
• Update and maintain patient data in electronic health record systems.
• Resolve coding issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Adhere to data confidentiality and privacy policies.
• Stay informed about industry updates and changes in coding guidelines.
• Participate in coding team meetings and educational conferences.
