The Inpatient Medical Coder is responsible for reviewing inpatient medical records and assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes in accordance with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, DRG, and payer-specific guidelines. This role ensures compliance, accurate reimbursement, and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Qualification:

• CPC certification AAPC or CCS certification from AHIMA
• Medical Allied Graduate
• Minimum two years of coding experience related to the specialty needed (IP)
