PHRN Encoder (2-3 years of coding exp required!)

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of medical coding experience
• Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Active PRC license
• Active CPC or CMC certification
• Bill review experience is an advantage but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to medical records.
• Review medical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
• Perform bill reviews when required.
• Resolve coding discrepancies and support reimbursement processes.
• Adhere to coding guidelines, regulatory standards, and company policies.
