Hiring: Inpatient Medical Coder & Quality Auditor

Site: Mandaluyong | Hybrid (2x a month) WFH during training

Salary: Up to 100k Package (Negotiable) +100k Sign-On Bonus: NO BOND!

Job Description: Translate patient medical records into accurate codes for billing and documentation. Review charts, ensure compliance with coding guidelines, and collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain data integrity and maximize reimbursement.

What we’re looking for:

• WITH CCS – Certified Coding Specialist
• Minimum 3 years actual hard coding experience (Inpatient)
• Must have inpatient coding experience
• OR; At least 1 year Quality Auditing experience
• Can START ASAP
