Qualifications:

• At least 1st year college undergraduate or HS graduate
• Must have at least 1 year of US Healthcare provider (hospital or physician billing) experience and AR collections experience
• With above average communication skills and willing to do outbound calls
• Familiar with key healthcare and insurance terminologies including copay, coinsurance, and deductibles
• Must have knowledge in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Must be familiar with medical claim forms (CMS - 1500 and UB - 04)

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls related to healthcare billing and accounts receivable (AR) collections.
• Follow up on unpaid medical claims and resolve billing discrepancies with insurance companies and patients.
• Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and explain claim outcomes to providers or patients.
• Review and process medical claims using CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms.
• Apply knowledge of insurance terms such as copay, coinsurance, and deductibles in daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of claim status, payments, and collection activities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with US healthcare providers, insurance payers, and patients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
