Qualifications:

• At least 1st Year College Undergraduate or High School Graduate

• Minimum 1 year experience in US Healthcare Provider Billing (Hospital or Physician Billing)

• At least 1 year experience in AR Collections

• Above-average communication skills and willing to do outbound calls

• Familiar with healthcare and insurance terminologies (Copay, Coinsurance, Deductibles)

• Knowledgeable in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

• Familiar with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms
