• Update and maintain Daily Patient Monitoring (DPM) records and billing information.
• Review hospital bills, quotations, and ensure accuracy before invoicing.
• Prepare, encrypt, and send invoices (soft/hard copies) to clients.
• Record transactions in QuickBooks Online and update sales monitoring reports.
• Coordinate with clients and medical institutions on billing inquiries and pricing.
• Prepare sales reports, VAT Relief files, and quotations for procedures.
• Maintain updated price lists and client profiles.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in billing, accounting, or finance.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of billing procedures, account classification, and bank transactions.
• Strong attention to detail, can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
