Our company, established in 2014, is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

Recently, we have also set up an office in Hokkaido and are currently in the midst of expansion.

engineers' skill development is hindered or workload increases resulting in excessive overtime.


Thanks to these initiatives, we maintain a low average overtime of about 10 hours per month,

and we ensure assignments align with engineers' preferences.

Job Description

Our company handles a variety of projects, including business system development and database construction.

Our stance is to “only conduct transactions with trustworthy customers,”

therefore we do not require unreasonable working conditions.

You will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks as an IT engineer, such as system development and website construction.

◆ Candidates with practical experience as IT engineers (with at least 1 year of experience, ideally in development using programming languages) are preferred

※ Recent graduates and those with employment gaps are also welcome.

※ Number of job changes is not a concern.

★ Freelance contracts are available depending on the project.

Expected Salary

《Salary Guarantee Based on Previous Employment》

■ Monthly salary from 300,000 yen to 500,000 yen

※ Salary will be determined based on experience and skills.

※ The above amount includes assumed overtime pay (for 30 hours/month, from 57,120 yen).

Any excess will be compensated separately as overtime pay.


《About the Probation Period》

There is a probation period of 6 months. During this time, the employment status will be that of a contract employee.

The monthly salary will be at least 285,000 yen (including assumed overtime pay of 54,280 yen for 30 hours/month),

with excess hours compensated separately as overtime pay.

Other benefits will remain unchanged.

★ The maximum expected annual salary in the first year is 7 million yen.

Actual Salary Examples

Annual salary of 4 million yen / 28 years old (2 years of experience) / Monthly salary of 300,000 yen

Annual salary of 5 million yen / 30 years old (5 years of experience) / Monthly salary of 350,000 yen

Annual salary of 6 million yen / 40 years old (6 years of experience) / Monthly salary of 420,000 yen


About Bonuses

Bonuses are given twice a year (in April and December)
