Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with the company culture.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills to meet WhistlerFoods' service standards.
Provide general administrative support such as managing HR correspondence and preparing reports.

Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience Level: Entry-level with less than 1 year of experience, preferably in an HR role. Internship experience is a plus.
Skills and Competencies: Must have strong skills in recruiting, payroll management, and communication. Should be adept in human resource planning and familiar with HR software and tools.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with the recruitment process, manage employee records, handle payroll processing, and provide support for HR initiatives and programs.
