Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• With at least 2-5 years’ experience in handling healthcare account
• Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig or Makati City
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of team targets by securing timely renewal of corporate insurance accounts and maintaining strong client retention.
• Manage end-to-end renewal process by providing renewal offers 1–2 months prior to policy expiration, allowing sufficient time for negotiation and approval.
• Coordinate closely with insurance providers regarding pricing, coverage adjustments, and other account-related concerns to ensure competitive and accurate proposals.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries and service requests.
• Handle after-sales support including preparation and routing of required documents for membership movements, billing adjustments, claims processing, and quotations.
• Conduct brief client orientations and discussions to explain policy updates, coverage details, and renewal options.
• Ensure accurate encoding and updating of all account information in the system and database for proper monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and proactive support to ensure service satisfaction and account stability.
