職位描述：
這是一份兼職遠端 ESL 家教（線上）職位。ESL 家教將負責為非母語人士教授英語，主持線上輔導課程，評估學生學習進度並提供反饋。家教亦需透過互動且具吸引力的學習體驗，提升學生的英語能力。
任職資格：
- 具備線上/線下 ESL 教學經驗
- 具備英語教學、對外英語教學及教學技巧
- 熟悉各類線上教學工具與平台
- 持有 TESOL、TEFL 或 CELTA 證書者佳
工作要求：
- 能於高峰時段工作，每週至少 16 小時。高峰時段為北京時間週一至週五 18:00–22:00，週六至週日 08:00–21:00。
