- 英語能力：英語母語者或等同母語水準，發音標準且表達流暢。
- 教學體系精通：熟悉新加坡數學課程架構，精通「具體—圖象—抽象（CPA）」教學法，並擅長運用圖示法（Bar Modeling）解決應用題。
- 課程設計：能針對7–14歲兒童/青少年設計有趣且具邏輯的線上課程，涵蓋數感、運算、幾何與應用題等核心模組，並貫徹新加坡數學的核心教育理念。
- 教學實踐：運用圖示法及真實情境等教具將抽象數學概念具象化，引導學生理解「為何要計算」，而不僅是「如何計算」。
