Conduct outbound calls to business owners to introduce credit qualification services and assess their eligibility based on predefined criteria.
Engage in detailed conversations to gather necessary information (e.g., financials, credit history, business needs) to determine if potential clients meet the qualifications for credit programs.
Accurately record all client interactions, qualifying details, and outcomes in CRM systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Establish rapport with business owners and key stakeholders to foster trust, address inquiries, and guide them through the credit qualification process.
Follow up with leads who show interest, schedule meetings or calls with appropriate sales or underwriting teams, and ensure timely follow-through on all qualified opportunities.

Must have BPO outbound sales and/or appointment setting experience
Strong communication, both written and verbal

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Ability to analyze data and situation and proceed based on process and able to recommend solutions
