The Channel Sales Manager (Direct Selling) will develop and manage MOHS Analytics' direct sales network. The role involves building strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and downline networks to meet sales targets. The manager will work with the Marketing Department to plan and execute sales activities, conduct fieldwork, and provide training to partners. This position is key to driving sales growth, ensuring business processes run smoothly, and supporting direct sales partners in achieving their goals.

職位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, particularly handling dealers and downline networks
  • Proven success in direct sales, including experience in roles such as Territory Sales Supervisor or Brand Activations Manager
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with sales partners and internal teams
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork and work during weekend events
