Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures.
Generate new customers, and target profit set by the Management.
Plan on specific sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target for the Department, projective expected sales volume and profit for new and existing accounts.
Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Monitor achievement of sales target on a monthly basis per account manager and department as a whole and analyzing trends and results.
Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and coaching them in the sales operations.
Review performance of the sales people and provide periodic appraisal and motivate them to even greater achievements.
Signs all sales proposals and ensures that rates qouted have considerate margin and proper terms are stipulated.
Assist Account Managers in presentation made to major target clients as well those existing clients with issues that need to be resolved on Management Level.
Contribute to team effort by selling to own target accounts and accomplishing related results as needed.
Conduct regular sales meetings.
Sign all booking notes / shipment profitability report for all services sold by Sales.
Ensure that the account sold by sales are collected and that a healthy turnover of account receivable is maintained.
Compile and submit accurate, regular and timely sales reports as requested.
Observe and follow all company policies and requirements at all times.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.

Bachelors degree in any field.
At least 2 years experience in sales (experience in logistic industry in an advantage)
Knows how to drive and with driver's license.
Proficient in office tools (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
