Job Summary

The Motorized Messenger is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of documents, packages, supplies, and other company or client-related items. The position requires regular travel to different locations and the use of a motorcycle for official business transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, supplies, and other items to and from clients, offices, government agencies, banks, and other designated locations.
• Ensure that all deliveries and documents are handled properly and delivered within the required timeframe.
• Pick up and submit documents, payments, invoices, forms, and other business-related materials as instructed.
• Conduct bank deposits, payments, and other authorized transactions when required.
• Maintain proper records and obtain proof of delivery, receiving copies, or acknowledgment receipts when applicable.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition and immediately report any mechanical issues or concerns.
• Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies while performing official duties.
• Ensure the safety and security of company/client documents, packages, and other items while in transit.
• Monitor fuel and other motorcycle-related expenses and submit receipts or supporting documents as required.
• Coordinate with the supervisor or assigned personnel regarding delivery schedules, changes, and special instructions.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Areas will be Makati, Ortigas / Pasig, Pasay, Parañaque, Mandaluyong, Taguig / BGC, Manila, Quezon City.
• With 200/gas day if will be exceed it will reimbursable.
• 200/day maintenance.
• Parking will be charge/reimbursement by the client.
• Working days will be Monday to Friday.
