Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger and document daily financial transactions accurately
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support
• In charge for collection, billing and updating customer records.
• Prepare confidential and classified documents.
• Responsible handling emails and preparing business correspondence letter.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Accountancy/Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related field.
• Must have knowledge in general accounting practices.
• Must have an experience in importation.
• Computer literate: Proficient in web browsing and using MS Applications
• At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 5 years Experienced Employees specializing in General Accounting Practices / Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Knowledge in writing business letters.
• Good in mathematical and interpersonal skills.
