• Pick up food or packages from bXTRA Philippines' partner merchants and deliver them to customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, undamaged, and meet customer specifications.

• Utilize bXTRA Philippines' delivery app for route guidance, order tracking, and updating delivery statuses from pick-up to drop-off.

• Handle transactions when necessary, such as collecting payments or obtaining signatures upon delivery.

• Maintain daily logs or reports on deliveries, including any delays, customer feedback, and incidents encountered during the delivery process.

• Conduct regular checks and basic maintenance of the Rider’s motorcycle/vehicle unit to ensure it is in safe working condition.

• Follow delivery schedules and adjust routes according to real-time traffic conditions or weather to optimize delivery times.

III. General Responsibilities:

· Comply with all traffic laws and road safety regulations while ensuring the safety of yourself, pedestrians, and other motorists.

· Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with customers, merchants, and fellow riders.

· Keep the delivery motorcycle/vehicle unit clean and well-maintained, conducting safety checks before each shift.

· Attend mandatory training sessions provided by bXTRA Philippines to stay updated on policies, safety protocols, and app functionalities.

• At least a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a Professional Driver’s License (required).
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a delivery rider, preferably in food or parcel delivery.
• Strong familiarity with local areas and the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or delivery apps.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries, even in high-traffic or challenging weather conditions.
• Ability to handle multiple deliveries and prioritize based on urgency and distance.
• Basic customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and merchants.
• Must pass a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance, Police Clearance, and drug test as part of the application process.
• Knowledge of basic motorcycle maintenance and safety protocols.
• Must be flexible and ready to adjust working hours based on business need
