Product Preparation and Service:

• Prepare and serve juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Handle customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Suggest additional products to enhance the customer experience.

Customer Interaction:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
• Operations and Cleanliness:
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and workspaces.
• Assist in restocking inventory and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain efficiency during busy hours.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management regarding any operational needs.

Cash Handling:

• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper cash management and maintain records of sales.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is a plus but not required.

Education:
