• Handle end to end recruitment.
• Create job ads and post to appropriate social media groups and job advertisement platforms.
• Responsible for screening resumes and conducting initial interview.
• Endorse qualified candidates based on the needs of the Department Heads.

1. Graduate of bachelor’s degree in human resource development management or psychology

2. Amenable to daily onsite work arrangement in Ayala, Makati

3. Preferably with 2 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment

4. Must have experience in preparing and posting job advertisement through different job portals and social media.

5. Adept in MS Office, Canva and other office communication tools.

6. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
