Our team is currently on a look-out for a competitive and motivated BIDDING SPECIALIST to join us!

As a Bidding Specialist, your key responsibilities include actively monitoring and identifying bidding opportunities across all government entities. You will manage the preparation and processing of bid documents in collaboration with relevant departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will represent our organization by attending bidding events, striving to secure valuable partnerships and contracts.

• Graduate of any four-year program in college; degree in related field is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in government tenders, bidding processes, and transactions preferred; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork, particularly for bidding attendance
