Syarat-syarat

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations, proficiency in HR software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, administer benefits and payroll, ensure HR compliance, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
