Job Title: CCTV Operator

The CCTV Operator will monitor security cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises. This role involves observing video feeds, identifying suspicious activity, and reporting incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to stitch together fabrics and other materials to create finished products. They also inspect and repair garments, prepare materials, and adjust machines to ensure proper functioning.

• Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Setting up manufacturing equipment.
• Using machine equipment to complete tasks.
• Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment

• Conducts activities related to machine operations using the OPTICAL PROFILE GRINDER MACHINE to produce products involving various grinding operations. This also includes the fabrication of precision and/or semi-precision tooling such as punch and dies, die set parts, mold parts, etc.

We are looking for a skilled Installer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will handle on-site installations, including customer home service assignments, ensuring high-quality technical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of products and equipment at the store and at customer locations (home service).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after installation.
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide basic training and guidance to customers on the use of installed products.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and submit reports as required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling of installations.
• Uphold professional conduct when interacting with customers.

The Technician will be trained to install, configure, and maintain the latest CCTV, PABX, Access Controls, and Networking products.

• Assist in the CCTV installation and other products at clients’ premises
• Assist in the configuration of all the equipment installed to make sure that they are working
• Assist and setup the clients on how to use the installed system
• Assist in the preparation of materials for each project
• Assist in the preparation of daily reports of project accomplishments
• Willing to learn and accept new tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Uphold company standards, rules, and regulations

1. Installation & Setup:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
• Mount and align cameras for optimal coverage and image clarity.
• Install supporting equipment, such as DVRs, NVRs, and monitors.

1. System Testing & Troubleshooting:

• Test installed systems to ensure they are fully operational.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware or software.

1. Cabling & Networking:

• Lay cables for CCTV systems and ensure they are neatly organized.
• Configure network-based systems, including IP cameras and wireless setups.

1. Customer Support:

• Train users on system operation and provide ongoing technical support.
• Address customer concerns and queries related to system functionality.

1. Compliance & Safety:

• Adhere to all safety guidelines while handling electrical components.
• Ensure installations comply with local regulations and standards.

• Install and set up CCTV cameras, cables, and recording equipment.
• Configure systems for optimal performance and remote access.
• Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they work properly.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs when needed.
• Train clients on how to use and manage their CCTV systems.
• Ensure all work follows safety and building standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of data transmission systems.

• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tools, and materials
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices
• Technical degree or certification in CNC machining or a related field is a plus

• 100% inspects the items for conformance
• Performs Deburring, Laser marking, Packing, Passivation, Polishing, Sandblasting, Tumbling, Ultra-sonic cleaning and Washing Process.
• Guarantees that items are sealed and labeled with Item Name, Quantity and Customers Name accurately.
• Make sure that the correct items and quantities are packed in cartons, plastics or Wooden crate.
• Ensures that production schedules are met.
• Observes safety in the performance of his/her duty.
• Prepares Daily Job Reports and ensure its correctness.
• Implements CLAYGO and 5S in the workplace.

*Setting up machines to start a production cycle

*Controlling and adjusting machine settings

*Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines

• Control the live feed, operate vmix and set-up production equipment.
