Job Description

As a Copywriter at Kpability, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms to effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality copy that aligns with our client’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, email campaigns, social media posts, advertisements, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Conduct research to understand target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors to tailor messaging and content appropriately.
• Ensure all content is accurate, grammatically correct, and aligns with brand guidelines and style standards.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously improve content strategies and messaging.
• Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms, audiences, and objectives while maintaining brand voice and identity maintaining brand voice and identity.

• Putting together a copy platform for campaigns to guide artists in developing the visual materials
• Stringing brainstormed concepts together for presentation
• Produce original, clear, and credible ideas, messages, scripts, and present these to clients and colleagues

• Collaborate with the creative team in conceptualizing campaigns and developing work that meet Client’s strategic business intent and objectives
• Deliver projects within time frame and according to target
• Review progress and modify copy until the client is satisfied.
• Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients
• Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure maximum effectiveness of concepts
• Oversee production, checking for quality of output and integrity of concept, seeing the project through to final execution

The Role:

We are seeking a versatile Digital Copywriter with exceptional writing and editing skills to join our social media team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that engages our target audience and builds our brands across various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be adept at crafting persuasive narratives and distilling complex topics into engaging, easily digestible content. 

Responsibilities include:  

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop social media posts (focus on short-form content and videos) that sparks interest and interaction from the target audience.
• Ideate, write, review, and edit quality content, turning business interests and medical insights into compelling narratives and digestible visuals.
• Conduct SEO research, cross-referencing and verification with internal stakeholders and/or subject experts to ensure factual accuracy of published content.
• Ensure all copy adheres to established brand voice, tone and guidelines.
• Analyse data to assess content performance and shape strategies to optimize engagement.
• Keep up to date on trends in social media and current news, particularly in Singapore, to infuse copy with relevant references.

4. Brand Voice Guardian: Serve as the guardian of the brand’s voice and tone of voice, maintaining consistency and authenticity across all touchpoints. Continuously refine and develop the brand's message to remain relevant in an ever-changing market environment.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, consumer insights and competitor strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to guide content decisions and optimize performance.
6. Team leadership and coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to junior copywriters and planners to promote growth and development within the team. Lead by example and inspire creativity, collaboration and excellence in all aspects of the role.
7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives.
