Driving

Weights, measures and inspects cargoes upon receipts from delivery personnel.
Records all details on the CRRIS and Warehouse Cargo Acceptance / Release Checklist.
Inspects makings of boxes and compares with documents on-hand. Immediately reports any irregularities to the team leader.
Takes pictures and immediately reports any irregularity to the team leader.
Conducts proper tagging of cargoes and storage on designated area.
Conducts packing of cargoes.
Prepares the HAWB / MAWB labels.
Conduct shipment preparation and labeling.
Conducts inspection of trucks prior to loading to ensure it is clean, in good condition, complete with the required tools and materials and no protruding items that could damage the cargoes to be loaded.
Operates the forklift when authorized.
Conducts daily inspection and inventory of cargoes. Send the Daily Logistics Reports to all concerned by the end of shift.
Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area.
Reports any damage or malfunction of equipment to the team leader.
Performs repacking of Dangerous Goods as deemed necessary by the DG Specialist.
Completely fills-out all required forms and properly files all records.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
Experience Level: Entry level, with less than 1 year of experience needed.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in driving, knowledge of traffic laws, ability to navigate routes effectively, basic vehicle maintenance skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Safely operate vehicles, complete daily routes, conduct vehicle inspections, report any incidents or maintenance issues.
Working Conditions: On the road for extended periods, varying shifts including weekends and holidays, exposure to varying weather conditions.
Qualities and Traits: Punctual, reliable, with good hand-eye coordination, vigilant, and customer-focused attitude.
