• Performs tasks / functions as depicted in the written SOPs.
• Checks condition of vehicle regularlyEnsures vehicle is always in good running condition
• Regularly washing and cleaning the vehicle.
• Trouble shoot minor defects and reports to Cluster Head problems that need to be escalated to Motor Pool
• Conducts vehicle checking using a standard checklist prior loading
• Ensure to deliver and pick up cargos accurately, on time and in good condition
• Assist the field representative on Loading and Unloading of cargos°
• Zero loss / damage on items picked up and delivered
• Familiarizes the assigned area to identify most efficient and cost-effective route
• Learn and follow traffic laws and regulations
• Plans route for the day and ensuring NO RUD and Missed Pick up
• Accurately and diligently fills out DTR (Daily Trip Record)
• Escalates to Cluster Heads any issues, problems, concerns while in transit
• Accounts all tools and equipment needed (Steel tape meter, calculator, weighing scale, mobile phone)
• Substitute as checker as needed° Help to market new customers, revive lost customers and maintain existing customers
• Gives flyers to any potential customers° Services the customers with quality and hospitality
• Receives bookings from clients and targets to service all bookings the same day
• Reports to Cluster Head, UCC if there are new bookings that can no longer be serviced
• In charge of driving the delivery trucks for pick up and delivering packages to the customers, ensures accurate and on time pick-up and delivery of cargos via most efficient and cost-effective route.
• Attends to meeting and trainings set by the Management
• Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers
• Performs other task that may be assigned by his / her superior
• Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the Organization
• Adheres to company rules and regulations, policies, code of conduct, SOP, work instruction and protocols on GWP, GTP, service quality, safety, security, business opportunity, etc.
• Follow dress code and wear company issued uniforms properly
• Practices good grooming and hygiene always
• Reports for work on time

• At least Highschool graduate

• Holding a valid professional valid driver's license with restriction code 1, 2 and 3° Excellent driving skills and road sense
