Receiving and Unloading:

• Accept and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Unload shipments using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).

Storage and Organization:

• Store products in designated locations in an organized manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory locations and stock levels.
• Implement and adhere to warehouse layout plans for efficiency.

Order Picking and Dispatching:

• Prepare and pack orders for shipment according to customer or business requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of outgoing goods.
• Load goods onto vehicles safely and efficiently.

Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Report discrepancies in stock levels and assist in resolving them.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor belts) safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.

Safety and Cleanliness:

• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace by regularly inspecting and organizing the warehouse.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and logistics.
• Communicate effectively to resolve inventory or shipment issues.

• Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is often preferred but not always required.
• Forklift or other heavy equipment certification may be advantageous.
• Open to ages 21-30 years old.
