• Not more than 35 years old, 

• Preferably reside near TLC or have easy access to transportation

• Possess good health and a strong physique for heavy lifting,

• Have at least a highschool/college level education

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• With knowledge of basic carpentry works is a plus

• With relevant work experience preferably in a related field such as Electrical, hardware, or similar 

• A notable tenure of 1 year or more to the company

• With a good attendance record

• Experience in tasks such as checking and quality control of items, inventory, picking and knowledgeable in basic warehouse operations and SOPs
