- Reports and Analysis
- Hauler Management
- Creates strategies and executes plans to resolve issues and elevate the interaction with Haulers
- Fleet Management
- Able to use multi modal assignment to maximize deliveries
- Transport Planning
- Knowledge on truck assignments, capacities, and target movements
- Demand Fulfillment
- Provides planning and dispatch operation trucks for deliveries
- Knowledgeable in using any ERP system
- Freight Management
- Initiate and implement an effective system to achieve billing and collection goals of the team.
- Performs Annual and Quarterly AR review to manage Doubtful Account/s and identify collection risks.
- Provides accurate reports and analysis on financial data and metrics
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College degree in / Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Business Studies / Administration / Management / Logistics / Transportation, Operations Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience relevant to Logistics or Transport Planning
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Knowledge in any ERP system / application is an advantage
- Must be very keen on details
