Conduct and Develop Transport Terminal studies with Operations for new and existing mall branches.
Assists Operations in coordinating with National and Local government agencies for the implementation of Transport Terminal plans.
Facilitates permit acquisition from national and local government agencies for Transport Terminal related matters.
Facilitates Transportation Terminal partner sourcing with Operations.
Assists Operations in coordinating with the local government for their recommended Public Transportation groups to be accredited and partnered with WalterMart.
Provides orientation on Public Transportation Groups with the Guidelines and Standards
Ensures Transport Terminals readiness and conducts transport simulation with Operations.
Preparation, distribution and monitoring of marketing collaterals
Measures effectiveness of transport marketing collaterals through surveys and customer feedbacks
Submit timely and accurate regulatory compliance & reports

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering.
At least 5 years of work experience as Public Transportation Manager
Experienced in working with LGUs esp. Public Transportation Groups
Strong knowledge in the local public transport industry and geographics
Act, diplomacy and calmness, especially when dealing with stakeholders
Have set of skills - analytic, numeracy, coordination, communication, people management, negotiation and coordination.
Willing to do field works if necessary
Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
