Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a training or operational role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in system building, operation management, mentoring, communication, product management, and collaboration.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop training programs, manage operations, mentor team members, and collaborate with departments.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, effective communicator, and team-oriented.
