Description
- Develop, update, and facilitate the SUKI Community Representative (ComRep) and Branch Manager (BM) Training Deck.
- Conduct training sessions for new Community Representative and Branch Manager and prepare appropriate documents
- Provide re-training for SUKI employees upon request from the Program Manager or resident.
- Conduct work-with sessions for all trainees before their deployment to respective branches.
- Prepare and facilitate the Revalida for trainees who successfully complete the course.
- Develop and facilitate specialized training to enhance ComRep performance and motivation towards achieving management goals.
- Prepare and facilitate livelihood training for customers, as requested by branch offices.
- Communicate new policies to branches during visits to ensure common understanding.
- Develop and recommend appropriate strategies, forms, and formats for SUKI operations.
- Report concerns or suggestions to immediate superiors or department heads.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.
Requirement
- Graduate of any 4-year course in college
- With solid experience in sales & marketing
- Good in communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge in lending/financing business is advantage but not required
- Can work under minimum supervision
