Provide training to both new and existing employees to equip them for their core responsibilities, while also setting a standard by fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to maximizing trainers' effectiveness in aligning with company and client expectations.

• At least 3 years of solid experience in Sales, Product, Language or Foundation training.
• Preferably have handled Banking and Financial line of business.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
• Must be open to working on a nightshift schedule and amenable to work onsite.
