Curriculum Planning and Instruction

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, and letters.
• Use play-based and interactive learning methods to engage children.
• Introduce children to concepts in art, music, science, and language.

Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment for 10-15 students.
• Supervise children to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
• Set and reinforce clear rules and routines.

Developmental Support

• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and areas for improvement.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child’s development and progress.
• Collaborate with other staff and administrators to ensure a consistent educational approach.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.

Classroom Preparation and Maintenance

• Prepare materials, supplies, and resources for daily activities.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting learning space.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is an advantage
• Solid understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
