Identify schools that need assistance especially those with insufficient instructional materials/equipment and insufficient budget or funds.

Train teachers to improve teaching and enhance students’ learning and to assure that the teachers that are trained actually apply what they have learned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons to students.
• Support lead teachers in classroom management and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students who need extra help.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in educational workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Assist in organizing educational events and activities.

• Passion for education and working with students.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience and adaptability in various learning situations.
• Background check may be required.
