Management of the Company’s tax requirements, as well as the Company’s portfolio of tax clients
Lead tax & regulatory compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting. This shall include management & monitoring of tax compliance calendars.
Provision & fulfillment of end-to-end tax reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Coordination with the relevant government agencies for internal and client tax requirements
Management of internal and client tax planning and compliance in relation to national and local government requirements, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes
Management, training and mentoring of junior tax staff members
Building & maintenance of relationships with corporate and individual tax clients
Evaluate the tax implications of transactions and develop strategies for tax optimization
Prepare, maintain, and streamline accurate and organized tax records, supporting documentation, and workpapers to facilitate audits and support the compliance process
Provision of tax audit support both internally & to its clients
Other tax-related and administrative duties as required

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Taxation is required.
Professional Licensed – CPA
At least 6-8 years of managerial experience in tax and has managerial experience
Prior work experience with the big four professional firms is an advantage
